I saw a post that I was looking for PM on Facebook. I’ve been involved in my work before, and I’ve been connected to Facebook, and I’ve sent a DM if I had a relationship. In the first place, it is also great that I liked the work of Akane.
The current role is to discuss the management of KiQ and how to work with PM as a discussion partner.
I think that KiQ’s appeal is that it is not yet clear, such as the concept of the work, but it is necessary in the future and is dealing with the fields that will be noticed.
In addition, Mr. Akane is a creative person, but he is interested in management from a business perspective. There were many opportunities to work with creators, but I think it is a type that is rare.
It’s a big design farm, and it’s often a focus on business, and the creative is the main part of it. On the other hand, if you want to focus on creative, you may only be in charge of making your own work, and you may have to leave your business. There are many patterns, but Akane is a good balance of both.
It is rare for people who are interested in management and are trying to advance projects that are involved in KiQ while taking opinions. It is fun to work with such people, and I think I want to cooperate.
I think that it is necessary to transmit the world from the perspective of women through creatives, though it is also growing interest in gender issues. There is a thing that can be done only for women, and it is necessary to be a leader to make a complaint. Akane will become an iconic presence of women’s unique creatives, but it is still a social significance in society with a lot of male leaders and this industry.
I think that people who can put Homeinity into creatives will be able to see things more flat in Japan and the world by spreading the world view to everyone. In Japan, there is a system that is easy for men to work, and the interface is easy to use.
There should be more options to choose from bying opinions and changing mechanisms from both perspectives.
Akane’s creatives are from the viewpoint of women, but there is a way of thinking based on the idea of humanity. It is an image that people can choose not only from the current one, but also each one.
KiQ is expanding its business to expand the world. We believe that people who are interested in creative will be able to enter as a new PM. Although PMs tend to be more cons、ent than business, it is better to think about how to spread things that are not logical.
It is possible to scale to the extent that it is a method with low risk, but that is, it becomes an intrinsically non-intrinsic approach that is possible to have something that has been seen somewhere. I would like to work with people who want to do what I want to do and what I want to express as KiQ.
Even if you have experience as a PM, this is the part that I have to study including me. We are looking for people who want to be better than those who want to become an advisor in that part. Based on the knowledge and experience that can be used, “There are ways to do this, and there are ways to do this,” says Akane, as a creator, will be a representative and will be discussed individually.
You may not be able to understand the essence of the consultation, but there are many things that you can feel imp。ed by the creative person. In the future, there will be a future that can not solve the problem if you do not try with people with logic that can not be explained like KiQ. From now on, KiQ has a challenging environment to start a little at a time should be a big advantage even if you think about your career.
We are looking for new PMs, but it’s better to be able to capture things tolerance. I really have a wide variety of projects, so I’m very keen to have experience that I’m not a member.
