Skills and Mindsets for Successfully Becoming Independent

The other day, I talked about the history of being independent.
I would like to talk to the people who are interested in listening to the stories I have stepped into, and I would like to talk to those who are considering.

I think there are many people working as freelancer.
Independence exists various shapes. There are many forms of work, such as having a company as a freelancer and a corporation.
I work with freelancers. I am currently working with about 20 members, but I would like to talk about the three points for those who are independent.

First, know yourself well before you stand alone.
In the case of a designer, it is not an ex ation to say that the portfolio tells everything. If you don’t understand yourself, it’s difficult to explicitly convey your specialty and different to others, so it’s necessary to linguize your interests, favorite genres and messages you want to communicate clearly. In other words, objective self-observation is important to make a portfolio.
In order to receive a request as a designer, I think that this is an important element, and it is my strength that I can tell my characteristics in words over a few years.

The second is not to lower your luck.
We have been conscious of giving good energy to people around the world so as not to lower luck. People with good energy can also influence people around. I didn’t decide what to do, but I had a strong policy on how to do it. I think that it has been a good influence on work and team to continue giving good energy around based on that policy.

The third thing is to directly meet what you think and what you want to do.

I value meeting and talking directly, not on social media. It is important to meet and convey what you want to do directly at the right time, while valuing what you want, what you want to tell, and what you want to do.
I didn’t have enough time to get to work right after my first meeting, but after a few years, I had a lot of time to get to work.

I think it’s because I have been conveying my thoughts through my encounters and my activities. It is important not only to keep your thoughts on you, but also to tell your opponent.

I usually communicate online now, but I have a lot of work with managers, and I have a lot of opportunities to communicate directly. For this reason, we are emphasizing how to stand in the real world and how your axis is.

Especially recently, women’s independent orientation is increasing. I think that it is important to tell us today even if it is freelancer or company. Women who are independent are less than men, but they can leave their presence. In the architecture project I have, 80% of men account for. The presence of a woman is valuable, and it is the element of different。.

This time I talked about three points for those thinking independently. I would like to work on the growth of the company more than now.
