Inside KiQ’s Internship, Part 2: What Working with Professional Designers Really Feels Like

In the last episode, we will continue to interview students who are currently attending KiQ.

– There are many non-languageBusiness in KiQ. I think there are many things that are difficult to understand, how do you feel about it? Kikuchi is always aware of the work, etc., I think that it was not conscious about it before internship.

Mi::
I’m learning while internship, but I don’t think I’m still fully aware of it. As for the work, I am unconscious and unconscious, so if you are a bit more elegant, I have a feeling that I would like to act like Kikuchi.

Since I started working, I started to be aware of beautiful works, so I would like to change my consciousness, and I would like to make a better impression for society.

Even if you are talking about this, it is difficult to get linguistic. If you want to express something you want to express in your language instead of a language, you want to incorporate it as a non-word approach. I want to increase the volume of non-linguistics and expand the width of expression.

Forest:
I think that it is a little familiar as a thing that can change the space in the language of operation. Since I started internship, I learned that there are things that cannot be expressed in the concept of language. When you make a beautiful place, you can think that it is a little “Oh” to others in the space, aiming mentally and up.

When I saw Kikuchi when I started to go to the site, it was amazing. I felt the difference in the air feeling that I could not understand in the online screen. I was so surprised that I could express one of the movements so far, and I was respecting because I never met such a person.

Mi::
I also respect Kikuchi. There are things that can be obtained about creative through work, but there are many things that can be studied as the same woman. I don’t want to say much because it’s a woman, but I often learn how to make use of the Homeine nature.

:
For non-verbal languages, it is good to tell how you feel. You can use words or drawings, but you can also learn a good piece by pr ing iterations. It is a practice.

There are many opportunities to learn Japanese traditional techniques, such as standing behavior born from sense, not just design skills through work. In KiQ, we have robots, and we have a workshop for Japanese dance. There are quite a lot of opportunities to brush the inner surface as people.

– There are many different places for interns. What kind of interns do you think?

Mi::
I would like people who have not yet determined their orientation. I think there is always a business that can be seen the part that I am good at.
I think there are things that you can see when you make a work at school, but if you make a work as a job, there is always a deadline or limit. I started thinking about how much quality can be raised in a limited time and condition, and I think that there are things that can only be understood in sharing what I made.
In KiQ’s diverse business, it’s easy to see what you like and what you’re looking for.

:
That’s right. In my teens, and in my teens, I was still wondering what I could be. I didn’t know the goodness of myself because I didn’t go out to society yet.
It is a stack of small success, such as when you meet a good project and shape it at the moment you want to see the hand. KiQ has a site where you can experience such a successful experience, and I think that it is not in other sites that clearly output what you have involved.

Forest:
I think it is a workplace where people who have a sense of the artist can enjoy rather than a super designer. I learned as a designer, but I often deny it in a good way. Of course, it is necessary to design technology and reference. For example, if you walk around the city, there is a tree here, you can feel the green of the leaves is beautiful. I think that it is a place where you can enjoy work if you can capture such a wide perspective.

:
I think that Mori’s vision will be able to have a wide field of view because it is surely spreading. There are things that can steal and Kyushu from me, people around me, and people involved in the project, not my own narrow world.
I think that I can’t be interns at other design firms. It’s still a position where interns can interact directly with my representative. Through communication with me, I want to evolve to myself.

I think it is suitable for a child who wants to find something shy and want to find something that he wants to be.

Because people involved in KiQ are men, they are women, so they don’t matter how they are. KiQ respects and evaluates people with diverse senses, and makes people happy about them. We want to be active in the world, and we want people who are active in our company to come out.

When I look at it for a long time, I think that it is impossible for me to be involved in 100% management and creative. I would like to be the next generation leader. It is an environment that aims to be a chief designer and art director, so there is a way to become an employee from intern.

Thank you. Finally, can you talk about the future of interns?

Mi::
I want to participate in the field more. There were so many things that I could get when I joined the site in June. As Mr. Kikuchi said, it is not easy to experience the actual site. If you’re looking for something that can help you in the future, I’d like to increase your awareness of the design work in the field.

Forest:
I would like to work in KiQ and grow as I can. I’ve experienced a variety of interns so far, but it’s really valuable to work for the company while doing the best. KiQ is a workplace where you can balance yourself and work for your company.
