My design studio KiQ always thinks about “questions” and thinks about the problem consciousness and why this kind of thing is important for creation.

I think that technology is a philosophical thing like “live” and a problem that can not be solved for a lifetime. That’s why I enjoy asking.

I have been working in a design studio for more than 5 years, and I feel that the barrier to entering into a female management layer and a leader is large. In Japan, more than half of the labor population is male, and the same gender group is grouped together. However, the viewpoint of the people, freedom and strong originality are often felt stronger than men.There is a lot of sensitivity that women are good at, how to capture and pro de the people who have a view. How do you feel the difference between gender and gender?
