Encountering Shosa: How I Learned to Believe in Myself

Hello, I’m Akane Kikuchi.

This time, I will send you how I met and made confidence.

If you are a designer, there are many opportunities to see someone who is confident.
But before I was a self-affirmation opportunity, I was a self-confidence human.
I think that the influence that I received during the student period was also large. I knew I had a lot of time to face myself in a so-called wolf situation, but I didn’t face it. At that time, I didn’t know the other party well, so I should have become a self-centered thing that thought about myself. It was not a person who can feel em from the surroundings.

It has changed since it came out to society.
The designer is a job to create the feelings of the other party. There is a way to work in the company as an in-house designer, but I chose the way to live with my own name. It became a situation where you have to give your own power and color to what you want to work, and it became aware of the need to empathize with the opponent and show understanding to the opponent.

The reason why I came back to Japan and started working as a designer.

Therefore, when I learn the work and think about the behavior and the way of thinking to make the other party, I was able to have self-affirmation with my own behavior. The axis as a designer, and confidence that you can act even if you think with the superior, is obtained because you acquire the work.

I feel that self-affirmation and creation of oneself is necessary for the future era.

If you can tell yourself more by acting, you should be able to become more liked by the other party, and make it easier for your work to be successful. You may be able to work with the person you want, or you may be able to promote it. I think that you can raise your potential without limiting your power, and I believe that it will come true if you brush your work.

Because I did not feel self-affirmation, I went to work and I was able to make confidence in the work.
