About KAISHI LAB
Fab is a facility where you can learn the know-how of monozukuri and Kotozukuri.
We support and coach students to develop their own creative activities.
KAISHI LAB
We redesigned the sign design of the entire school and IoT lab.
The concept of “Primitive & Brand New” is to create a comfortable space with the affinity of the sign planning of the university as well as the attractiveness and scalability of the ground.
In addition, we aim to play a role as a place for students to develop creatively with sustainable relationships with the local industry in order to protect the industries of Niigata.

What you can do
You can make anything you want to make using free time. Therefore, you can learn the know-how of manufacturing by yourself and voluntarily.
You can expect to learn the concept of “manufacturing by team” bying free space, etc. in group development such as circle activity.
You can expect to be active in the field of the company by using all kinds of know-how related to manufacturing, such as 3D and processing technology using specialized equipment.
All three undergraduates are available, not only from the Faculty of Information, but also from their respective expertise.
The students of the Faculty of Anime and Manga can broaden their creativity by making their own original goods.
The students of the Faculty of Business Creation can create business ideas that have high feasibility and strength by not only planning on product development, but also actuallyping them in a laboratory.

What is the Asia Design Award?
It is an international design award that honors excellent design from the perspective of Asia, established by the Hong Kong Design Center in 2003. We commended the outstanding design from the viewpoint of Asia and became a stage where design talents and companies can present their design projects internationally. In addition to the Grand Award, the awards will be selected from six categories: Gold, Silver and Bronze.
