Media Presentation Held for Hiroshi Ishiguro’s ‘Future of Life’ Signature Pavilion

On February 19th (Wed), the producers and creators of the Ishiguro Pavilion met at the Osaka Expo venue. Akan Kikuchi, KiQ, who is in charge ofHome’s “work” design at the entire Pavilion (Zone2, Zone3), talked about the philosophy and technical challenges that incorporate robot movements.

A lot of media officials visited the venue, and the creators talked about their thoughts towards Osaka and Kansai Expo from their respective perspectives, and the possibilities of the future brought by the Pavilion. Tatsuya Matsui, a robot designer, published three mobile Cybernetic avatars “Petra”, “Punica”, and “Pangie”. These new avatars, combined with cutting-edge technology and sophisticated design, attracted many people’s eyes.

Sorry, this entry is only available in Japanese. The creator’s team has become more promising, and the preparations for the World Expo are also welcome.

We are looking forward to seeing all the pavilions that are open to the public on April 13th, 2025.
